Author Guidelines

Abstract Submission

Participants are invited to submit abstracts for Oral or Poster contributions. The submission of abstracts will only be possible on-line by filling abstract online form. The deadline for submission of abstracts for papers to be considered for Oral or Poster presentation is October 10, 2016. Abstract must be written in English and should be a maximum of 200 words. One participant is limited to submit two abstracts as first author. Abstracts of all papers accepted by the Scientific Committee will be available on this website and included in the book of abstracts once registration fees have been received.

Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation / poster presentation at the conference and be published in the conference proceeding.

Oral presentations will take place in all parallel seminar. The duration of oral presentations are 15 minutes each (talk and questions), the schedule of the program will be updated.

Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation or poster presentation at the conference. The presentation will no be published.

Poster Presentation
All posters will be displayed during the conference day and should be mounted by the presenter at 08:00 am. All posters should be applied in the presenters's poster banner


Listener/ group visitors

Listener / group visitor after sucsesfully registration, will get access to all events. Please contact e via icfss2016@mipa.uns.ac.id

Publications:

Selected papers will be published in IOP Conference Series: Material Science and Engineering (MSE) which is indexed by SCOPUS. All papers can be published after passing through the reviewing system.

 

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. All URL addresses in the text (e.g., http://pkp.sfu.ca) are activated and ready to click.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Conference.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed track of the conference, authors' names are removed from submission, with "Author" and year used in the bibliography and footnotes, instead of authors' name, paper title, etc.
  7. If submitting to peer review, all Microsoft Office documents (including Supplementary Files) have been saved by going to File and selecting Save As; clicking Tools (or Options in a Mac); clicking Security; selecting "Remove personal information from file properties on save"; clicking Save.
